Due to ongoing construction and an erosion project being completed in the area, portions of several walking paths in the Lake Carlsbad Recreation Area (along Park Drive) may not be accessible until these nearby projects have been completed.
The City of Carlsbad will be adding temporary alternate paths in the impacted area, which is south of the Carlsbad Water Park and north of the Bataan Bridge. Please obey all postings and avoid all construction zones in the area. Thank you.
