A
new LED sign has been installed in place of the mounted rock sign
in front of the WGPAEC. The LED sign will be used to display ongoing
activities at the civic center, current city events, and community
events.

 Many
new changes have recently been completed at the Walter Gerrells
facility. A new façade was added in 2002, fencing on south
of the building, new asphalt surface on the parking area and a sidewalk
has been added around the facility. The restroom facilities located
in the auditorium have been taken down to the frame work and are
receiving new plumbing, fixtures, and utilities.
