PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT

 

 

The Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for the planning and zoning functions of city government. We are the first contact for new subdivisions and re-plats of existing subdivisions. Our office handles all applications for zone changes, special use permits and variances.

Our Department staff supports the Planning and Zoning Commission with proper documentation and record keeping so that they can fulfill their responsibilities as the city's policy advisors to the Mayor and City Council.
