PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISION

The Planning and Zoning Commission is a citizen board of five (5) that oversees and advises the Mayor and City Council on matters pertaining to city planning and zoning issues. They act as the first hearing board for applicants for any zone changes, special use permits and variances.The Commission approves all new subdivisions within the city limits, as-well as the extraterritorial zone. The Commission  at 5:00 p.m. in the Planning Room at City Hall:
